About the Internship
The IIM Bangalore BBA (DBE) program is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join an innovative initiative bridging academic knowledge with practical implementation in digital business and entrepreneurship. This internship offers a dynamic, collaborative environment where you’ll specialize in your chosen field while supporting program-related tasks, gaining holistic exposure to various aspects of program management and operations.
We are offering four distinct roles. Applicants should select and apply for only one role based on their skills and interests.
1. Community Operations Intern
About the Role:
Create a vibrant, engaging, and collaborative environment for learners, mentors, and industry leaders. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on interaction to enhance community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Engagement:
- Design and implement initiatives to boost participation and engagement.
- Onboard new members and expand the community’s reach.
- Develop frameworks to track and improve member experience.
- Innovation & Ideation:
- Brainstorm creative solutions to increase engagement.
- Develop programs focused on reactivating less engaged members.
- Event Coordination:
- Plan and execute events such as workshops and expert panels.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution.
- Relationship Building:
- Address member needs and facilitate meaningful interactions.
- Connect members with shared interests or goals.
Who Should Apply:
Strong organizational skills, relationship-building abilities, and a knack for innovation. Proficiency in MS Office and event planning experience is a plus.
2. Marketing Intern
About the Role:
Shape the way our program engages with its audience through innovative marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Development & Execution:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Use social media platforms to enhance program reach.
- Content Creation:
- Create compelling content for blogs, social media, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with graphic design teams to develop promotional materials.
- Audience Insights & Strategy:
- Conduct market research and analyze trends.
- Use data to refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborative Support:
- Align marketing efforts with program goals in collaboration with other teams.
Who Should Apply:
Creative thinkers with storytelling skills, proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud, and familiarity with SEO and analytics tools.
3. Graphic Designing Intern
About the Role:
Shape the program’s visual identity through impactful projects that inspire and engage.
Responsibilities:
- Visual Design:
- Design brochures, posters, social media graphics, and event banners.
- Develop templates for consistent branding.
- Creative Brainstorming:
- Collaborate on innovative design ideas.
- Experiment with fresh design styles.
- Event Support:
- Provide visuals for presentations and digital displays.
- Brand Building:
- Ensure designs align with the program’s vision.
Who Should Apply:
Design enthusiasts proficient in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a bonus.
4. Data Analyst Intern
About the Role:
Use data to drive strategic decisions and improve program outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis:
- Gather, clean, and analyze program data.
- Create dashboards to track key performance metrics.
- Strategic Reporting:
- Present findings and provide recommendations.
- Support data-driven decisions across teams.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Track engagement metrics and identify improvement areas.
- Proactive Contributions:
- Develop innovative approaches to data visualization.
Who Should Apply:
Analytical minds proficient in MS Excel. Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
General Qualifications for All Roles
- Students or graduates with 0–6 months of relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in role-specific tools and skills.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management abilities.
- Proactive and flexible approach to responsibilities.
