Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Community Management Intern to assist in the planning and execution of offline and online events aimed at student engagement and community building within the BBA(DBE) programme.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Undergraduate student or recent graduate with an interest in event management, operations, or student engagement.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Google Calendar, spreadsheets, and video conferencing tools.
Job Roles:
- Assist in coordinating offline and online student engagement events.
- Maintain checklists, schedules, and documentation for events.
- Support communication with speakers, backend logistics, and post-event reporting.
- Draft communication materials such as invites, event descriptions, and feedback forms.
2. Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to support outreach campaigns, assist with content planning, and help track digital performance metrics to promote the BBA(DBE) programme.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Undergraduate student or recent graduate with an interest in marketing strategy, digital media, and campaign execution.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
- Basic familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, or LinkedIn.
Job Roles:
- Support campaign planning and content scheduling.
- Draft social media captions, email copy, and blog outlines.
- Assist in performance tracking, reporting, and SEO audits.
- Conduct research on digital trends, audience behavior, and competitor benchmarks.
3. Job Title: Graphic Design and Video Intern
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Graphic Design and Video Intern to contribute to visual content creation for social media, outreach campaigns, and student engagement under the BBA(DBE) programme.
Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Undergraduate student or recent graduate with an interest in graphic design and video editing.
- Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut, VN, or basic Adobe tools.
- Good aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
Job Roles:
- Design visual assets including posts, flyers, reels, and templates.
- Edit video content with transitions, subtitles, and BBA(DBE) branding.
- Organize design files and assist in creating a visual asset library.
- Collaborate with the content team for campaign-specific creative development.
