This track is ideal for those who wish to complete their studies in a structured, uninterrupted manner.
Relaxed 4–6-Year Track:
This flexible track allows learners to progress at their own pace based on personal or professional commitments. Each academic year consists of three terms, and learners may take term-wise breaks as needed. They are allowed to take up to three consecutive term breaks.
Learners must complete each academic year within a maximum of two years. A continuation fee of Rs. 2,000 per term applies during the break period until they re-join. This track ensures flexibility while preserving eligibility for recognised exit qualifications at each stage.
Assessment & Grading Policy
This policy establishes a fair, consistent, and transparent framework for assessing learners enrolled in the BBA in Digital Business and Entrepreneurship programme. This policy aims to ensure that assessments are aligned with the learning outcomes and objectives of the programme.
Grading Policy
- The programme will follow an absolute grading system. The overall assessment for each course will consist of Continuous Learning Assessments (CLA) and a final examination, which determines the final grade for the course.
- To pass a course, learners must score at least 40% in CLA and score at least 40% in their Final Exam (taken at a center).
- Learners who fail or are absent in the CLA can retake them during the next available offering of the course. But they will be allowed to appear for the Final exam.
- Learners who fail or are absent in the Final exams can retake them during the subsequent Term Final Exams, whenever they are offered.
- Learners can carry forward their pass marks in either CLA or Final Exams to the subsequent attempts in case they fail to secure minimum marks in the other.
Re-attempts allowed
(per course)
| CLA | : | 2 additional attempts |
| Final Exam | : | 2 additional attempts |
Re-attempt fees
| CLA | : | ₹800 |
| Final Exam | : | ₹1200 |

Course Score & Grading
- If learners do not complete specific courses in aparticular term, they may be allowed to register for courses in the subsequent terms, provided the courses taken do not require any
prerequisites that the learner has not completed.
- Learners can appear for final exams of the previous terms along with their current term, as long as they do not appear for more than 30 credits in the term.
- Learners will receive a term mark sheet/transcript at the end of each term. This
mark sheet/transcript will reflect the weighted average of the marks obtained across all
courses in that term. Similarly, a year mark sheet/transcript will be provided at the end of
each academic year, which will be calculated using the same method.
- Upon completion of the entire programme, a final mark sheet/transcript will be issued,
representing the weighted average marks of all courses taken.
