The BBA-DBE Undergraduate Programme in Digital Business and Entrepreneurship is a three-year degree offered in an online mode that can be completed within a maximum of six academic years from the date of joining. The learners will have multiple exit options and could get a certificate, a diploma, or earn the Degree. Students who choose to exit the programme with a certificate or a diploma may, within constraints, be able to rejoin the programme to complete the degree. The courses will be delivered online asynchronously, while exams are held offline at different centres across India. This programme may be undertaken as a standalone primary degree or can be pursued along with any other educational programme that the student might be pursuing. The programme and the admission process will follow the prevailing norms for reservation of seats for designated categories, as required by any law made by the Parliament.

  • Pass certificate of any recognized class 10 Board

12th or Equivalent

  • A minimum of 60 % marks or equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) in recognized board exams for general category & NC-OBC & EWS category candidates
  • 55% marks or equivalent CGPA for SC, ST & PwD (>= 40% disability) candidates
  • Currently open to Indian Nationals only

IIMB DBE Entrance Test

The Qualifier Test will use aptitude-based testing.

Announcements

The selections for the BBA (DBE) programme were made entirely on the basis of performance of candidates in the IIMB DBE Entrance Test. Candidates who scored 20% or more on General Awareness were shortlisted for further processing. Thereafter, the combined score obtained in the three sections (Quantitative Aptitude and Data Interpretation, Verbal Ability and Reading Comprehension, and Logical and Analytical Reasoning) without sectional cut-offs marks, was computed. Candidates who had combined scores of 50% or more were offered admissions under the general merit category. Furthermore, candidates from the NC-OBC and EWS categories who scored 45% or more, and candidates from the SC, ST, and PWD categories who scored 40% or more, were offered admissions
