Job Title: Design & Multimedia Associate

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design & Multimedia Associate to support the visual identity and digital storytelling of IIM Bangalore’s BBA(DBE) programme. This role combines graphic design and multimedia production to create impactful visuals, engaging videos, and compelling digital content that enhances brand presence, learner engagement, and community outreach.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related fields preferred.
• Open to candidates from entry-level to mid-level with a strong design and multimedia portfolio.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in educational design, youth-focused campaigns, or community engagement visuals.
• Familiarity with packaging design, website design, and event branding.

Job Roles:

• Design and produce creative assets (graphics, reels, illustrations, and layouts) for social media platforms that reflect the brand identity of BBA(DBE).
• Edit and optimize video content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms, ensuring relevance to learners and prospective applicants.
• Create motion graphics, integrate sound design, and embed branding elements to enhance storytelling and campaign impact.
• Conceptualize and execute visually compelling campaigns that showcase student achievements, programme highlights, and community engagement.
• Align visuals and content strategy with learner needs, cultural perspectives, and audience insights to maximize reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with the design, multimedia, and community teams to deliver cohesive digital campaigns and event promotions.
• Maintain consistency with IIM Bangalore’s brand guidelines while experimenting with creative formats and trends.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creatives, managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Track performance of social media content, analyze engagement data, and suggest improvements for better impact.
• Support community-building initiatives by producing content for zonal groups, alumni highlights, and offline event coverage.
