About the Role:The BBA (Digital Business & Entrepreneurship) Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore (IIMB) is looking for a full-time ERP Executive to manage and enhance its Program ERP system. The role involves supporting and optimizing business processes across admissions, finance, academics, examinations, and student lifecycle management while working closely with internal stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities 

• • Manage the day-to-day administration and operations of the Program ERP system.
  • Configure and customize ERP modules, DocTypes, workflows, reports, dashboards, user roles, and permissions.
  • Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into ERP solutions.
  • Develop customizations and workflow automations.
  • Develop and integrate REST APIs with third-party systems as required.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system enhancements before deployment.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate timely resolution.
  • Manage data imports, validation, and periodic data audits.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
  • Conduct user training and provide functional support to internal users.

Eligibility 

• • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP implementation, administration, or support.
  • Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Understanding of ERP workflows, business process automation, and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and MariaDB/MySQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience with Frappe Framework and ERPNext.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications 

• • Experience customizing or implementing ERPNext applications.
  • Experience working with ERP systems in higher education or academic institutions.
  • Familiarity with admissions, finance, or academic administration processes.
