Where Collaboration Shapes Success

Learning Pods are structured academic groups designed to make the BBA (DBE) learning experience more personalized and collaborative. Students are organized into pods of around 25–30 members, each guided by an academically strong Pod Leader. This setup ensures smooth communication, easy access to study materials, and a supportive space where students can clarify doubts and stay updated on academic matters.

By dividing the cohort into smaller groups, the Learning Pods system strengthens peer interaction, encourages consistent engagement, and helps students feel more connected to the programme. Pod Leaders guide their groups, promote participation, and keep members aligned with coursework expectations—creating a cohesive support network that enhances overall learning outcomes.
