What are the exit pathways for the BBA DBE Programme?
There are three exit pathways for the BBA DBE Program:
- Certificate after Year 1: Upon Successful Completion of all required courses and credits for the first year.
- Diploma after Year 2: Upon Successful Completion of all required courses and credits for the first and second years.
- Degree after Year 3: Upon Successful Completion of all required courses and credits for all three years.

Who are the faculty teaching the courses in the programme?
Experienced faculty from within IIMB will be teaching the courses, with external experts invited for select courses. For a detailed list, visit this page: https://dbe.iimb.ac.in/faculty/.
What will be the title of the degree awarded after completion of the programme?
Upon successful completion of the programme, you will be awarded the degree – “Bachelor of Business Administration in Digital Business and Entrepreneurship.
How does the online programme help students gain the same experience that one gets while learning on campus?

Is there any flexibility in schedule for those pursuing another degree or job?
Yes. The bachelors programme in DBE is an online asynchronous programme. The asynchronous nature allows learners the flexibility to access the learning content/material anytime anywhere.
There will not be a fixed time during the day/week as in an offline classroom. Live sessions will be held periodically during the weekends which will be convenient for learners to attend.
How many hours of effort is required from my end to complete the programme?
We recommend you set aside 10-12 hours per week for learning.
How will you conduct the assessments?
You will find ungraded activities/exercises throughout the course to help you revise your learnings. These can be attempted anytime as you go through the course.
Mid-term and end-term assessments will be proctored and offered online or in-person as decided by the Institute.
Is there a minimum live session attendance policy and will it count towards my final grades?
You are encouraged to attend all the live sessions conducted as a part of the courses. These will be conducted at regular intervals through the programme. You will be informed about this well in advance, to ensure that you keep yourself free and available during that time.
Live session attendance will account towards a part of the final course grades.
Can I get some information regarding the grading rubric of the courses? What happens if I am unsuccessful in a particular course?
Detailed information regarding this will be available in the student manual which will be shared with the learners on the programme.
Will I get to interact with the faculty directly?
Yes. You will get opportunities to interact with the faculty during online live sessions.
